King's Zambia Partnership Volunteering Opportunities


>Maternal & Neonatal project (online & in-country)
  • Obstetricians and midwives
  • Neonatalogists, neonatal nurse practitioners and band 7+ neonatal nurses
  • Leadership and mentorship trainers
We are recruiting a multi-disciplinary team of maternal and neonatal health experts, to co-develop a training and mentorship programme for health workers over a three-year period, addressing preventable deaths and complications for mothers and babies in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia. This project will involve online collaboration and travel to Ndola in Zambia for those who can be available. King's Sierra Leone Partnership Volunteering Opportunities


> Nurse - clinical and education (in-country).
We are recruiting an experienced nurse to strengthen existing systems in Connaught Hospital, Freetown and support nurses to develop their knowledge and skills to provide the best patient care. Starting in May 2022, the role will continue the work of two previous nurse volunteers to train nurses and embed a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) framework at the hospital.
